Each month, our Sharp Start calendar highlights real hazards our crews have faced on the job. Every day focuses on a specific near miss, unsafe condition, or decision point — from improper tool use and process breakdowns, to hot work risks, PSM missteps, chemical handling errors, seasonal hazards, and everyday blind spots that can catch even experienced workers off guard.
