December’s calendar drives that message home. Each day highlights a real hazard our crews faced on the job — from improper tool choices, stripped valve controls, and spark-zone mistakes, to PSM missteps, chemical handling errors, and cold-season blind spots like earbud distractions and compromised PPE.
